Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Jasper Industrial Supply. Our goal is to ship millwork saws and related products quickly and reliably across the United States.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email or phone.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Some oversized items may only qualify for LTL freight delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Ground: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight: 1–2 business days
  • LTL Freight: 7–10 business days

Expedited and overnight services may not be available for certain oversized or freight-only products.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may require additional freight charges.

Shipping Cutoff Times

  • Ground orders received by 2:00 PM ET usually ship the same business day.
  • Expedited and Overnight orders received by 12:00 PM ET ship the same business day.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. A physical U.S. address is required for all shipments.

Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:

  • The customer is responsible for all re-delivery costs.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.

Taxes and Fees

The customer is responsible for all taxes, duties, or surcharges applied during or after shipping.

Delayed or Lost Orders

A shipment is considered lost after 15 business days in the carrier’s possession. While most orders arrive sooner, we must follow carrier claim windows before sending replacements.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or missing parts, please save all packaging and materials. Then email photos of the box, label, and damage to store@jasperindustrial.com along with your order number.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside the continental United States.
