Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


How to Start a Return

You may start a return in either of the following ways.

1. Shopify Self-Serve Returns (Recommended)

You can request a return directly through your Order Status Page:

  • Open your order confirmation email
  • Click "View your order"
  • Select "Request a Return"
  • Submit your reason and details

We will review your request and follow up with instructions.

2. Email Us

You can also contact us at store@jasperindustrial.com.

If your return is approved, we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), provide a return shipping label when applicable, and send instructions for sending the item back.

Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • The packaging must be unopened or in resellable condition
  • All hardware, manuals, and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For damage claims, please keep all packaging and take clear photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The shipping label
  • The shipping box
  • Any missing or affected components

We may need these for a carrier claim before issuing a replacement.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used, installed, or modified products
  • Items not in resellable condition
  • Custom-built, special-order, or cut-to-size products
  • Opened power tools, blades, or machinery (manufacturer warranty applies)
  • Hazardous or flammable materials
  • Clearance or final-sale items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before starting a return.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Your bank or credit card company may take 3–10 business days to process the refund

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was our error.


Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping is covered by Jasper Industrial Supply when:

  • We shipped the wrong item
  • The item is defective
  • The item was damaged in transit
  • The issue is our fault

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility when:

  • You ordered the wrong product
  • You no longer need the item
  • The product is not defective
  • The return is due to buyer’s remorse
